Dining & Meal Services

Wholesome, nourishing and well-balanced meals are an important part of your treatment and recovery. Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham makes every effort to provide nutritious meals that are prepared according to your doctor’s orders.

Please note that hospitalized patients must have physician approval to eat any food other than what is served in their rooms.

Room Service

Your doctor will decide the best diet for your health and recovery. Our nutrition team provides you with menu options based on your doctor’s recommendations. Your meal server can help you choose meals created just for you.

Our patient meal room service hours:

  • Breakfast: 8:30 am
  • Lunch: 12:30 pm
  • Dinner: 5:30 pm

If you have questions about your nutrition, call 781-453-8505 and speak with one of our registered dietitians. A team member can visit you in your hospital room.
