An advance directive allows you to convey your care wishes or designate someone to make health care decisions for you if you become unable to make choices on your own.
A BID Needham social worker or case manager can help you complete advance directive forms. Please call the case management department for help at 781-453-5414.

Visiting hours are from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm daily.
Most patients are allowed two visitors at a time. Learn more about our visiting hours and policies.
BID Needham is a smoke-free environment. Smoking and tobacco use of any kind are prohibited on all hospital property, indoors and outdoors. The policy applies to patients, visitors, employees, physicians, contractors and vendors.
Dining Options
Please note that hospitalized patients must have physician approval to eat any food other than what is served in their rooms.
We provide nutritious patient meals and several menu options for visitors to our cafeteria. The Trotman Family Glover Café offers breakfast, lunch and dinner items and snacks Monday through Saturday. Vending machines are available near the Emergency Department.
Gift Shop
The Windows of Hope Gift Shop sells a variety of gift and personal items. Visit us on the ground floor under the grand staircase next to the Trotman Family Glover Café. We are open 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
