Your MySite patient portal account includes information from BID Needham, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth.

About MyBILH Chart Patient Portal

Beginning June 1, 2024, Beth Israel Lahey Health is introducing a new patient portal, MyBILH Chart. The Trotman Family Outpatient Clinical Center and the Lank Cancer Center at BID Needham will be live on MyBILH Chart as of this date. As part of this move, your health information from these centers will transition seamlessly into MyBILH Chart. Learn more about MyBILH Chart here.

Beth Israel Lahey Health will launch MyBILH Chart for all other departments at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham on October 26, 2024. At that time the records from your MySite account will transition into your MyBILH Chart.

Manage Your Health Information

You can use MySite to manage your health care needs and those of your family. It is confidential, convenient and secure. Only you and your authorized proxies can view your information.

Use the MySite patient portal 24/7 to:

  • Capture personal information, such as allergies.
  • Download or share health data with trusted medical staff.
  • Pay your bill.
  • See your history of hospital discharges and visits after Oct. 1, 2018.
  • Update personal information and emergency contacts.
  • View imaging test results.
  • View laboratory test results.

Some physician offices use their own patient portal. For example, Needham Urology Associates uses the HealthCare Support Portal to foster communication and give urology patients 24/7 access to their doctors.

Where does my health information in MySite come from?
All the information in this patient portal comes from your shared medical record at our community hospitals: BID Milton, BID Needham and BID Plymouth. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Does this portal include health information from my primary care office visits?
