MySite is our integrated and secure patient portal. You can use the app to access your most up-to-date medical information.
Your MySite patient portal account includes information from BID Needham, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth.
Beginning June 1, 2024, Beth Israel Lahey Health is introducing a new patient portal, MyBILH Chart. The Trotman Family Outpatient Clinical Center and the Lank Cancer Center at BID Needham will be live on MyBILH Chart as of this date. As part of this move, your health information from these centers will transition seamlessly into MyBILH Chart. Learn more about MyBILH Chart here.
Beth Israel Lahey Health will launch MyBILH Chart for all other departments at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham on October 26, 2024. At that time the records from your MySite account will transition into your MyBILH Chart.
You can use MySite to manage your health care needs and those of your family. It is confidential, convenient and secure. Only you and your authorized proxies can view your information.

Some physician offices use their own patient portal. For example, Needham Urology Associates uses the HealthCare Support Portal to foster communication and give urology patients 24/7 access to their doctors.
If you haven’t used MySite since Oct. 1, 2018, you need to register for a new account. This gives you access to your most recent hospital health records. You need your medical record number to register.
You must use your original MySite account to access your hospital records from Oct. 1, 2018, and earlier.

When you log in to your MySite account, the front page contains a section of important links that includes a link to your hospital’s bill pay website.
