Seamless Partnership with BIDMC in Boston
The BreastCare Center integrates seamlessly with the BIDMC Cancer Center. Thanks to this partnership, you have immediate access to care from the time of diagnosis to survivorship. This relationship also provides you with social support, physical therapy and nutrition support. Our close connection to the BIDMC Cancer Center in Boston also provides the Needham community with access to the latest clinical trials and research.

Our Imaging Team
The breast imaging department is accredited with the American College of Radiology. Our mammography technical staff are all registered with specific credentials for mammography. Our breast ultrasound staff are all registered with specific training in breast ultrasound. This means that you have access to the best, most specialty trained breast imaging available. More precise imaging means earlier diagnosis — and earlier diagnosis means a better outcome.
Breast Cancer
We work together with you, your family and referring doctor to provide initial diagnosis, treatment and second opinions if you have symptoms that may indicate breast cancer.
Waiting to find out if you have breast cancer can be an extremely difficult time period — no matter how long it takes for your results to come back. You can count on us for:
