Primary care is usually the first place you'll go if you need help with a medical issue. Your relationship with your primary care provider is one of your most important health care relationships. We get to know you, your health goals and history. We can treat short- and long-term health conditions. We'e also able to refer you for specialty care if you need it.

Your primary care provider may be a physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or another member of our primary care team. All have the same goal — to get and keep you healthy.

Family Practice

Our family practice providers see patients of every age, from infants to older adults. If you wish, we can provide care for you and your entire family.

Family practice services include the following:

• Routine check-ups
• Sick visits
• Preventive health and education
• Teen health
• Women's health

Internal Medicine

Internal medicine usually focuses on adult patients, although internists may see patients under the age of 18. Our internal medicine physicians are board-certified in internal medicine and have admitting privileges at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
