August 05, 2019

From July 22 to July 26, twelve local students got a first-hand view of the medical world at BID–Needham through the Needham Community Education course, “An Inside Look at the Medical Profession.” The students were taught in the new Conference Suites at the Outpatient Clinical Center by BID–Needham staff and spent significant time in the hospital, where they had the opportunity to explore and shadow a range of medical professionals, from the Operating Room to the Emergency Department. This is the fourth year the course has been held at the hospital.
